Try before you buy
Basic ITS offers Staff Augmentation services, where you can try out candidates for 6 months or longer on our payroll and benefits. This gives you time to evaluate the candidate to see if they are a good fit for your organization. After “trying” the candidate, you’re not charged for additional hiring fees. Our clients find this beneficial for project-based or when creating a flexible IT staff.
